What is it? ---------This is a course of study based on Dr.
Scarfalloto’s book, 90 Days of Inner Integration, which combines
ancient wisdom and simple daily lessons that help to establish the
inner foundation for vibrant health, fulfilling relationships and

*Participants share their experiences in doing the daily lessons.

Time and Date----Class meets on consecutive Monday evenings
from 7:30-8:30 pm for 14 weeks, starting September 9, 2002. Location
is the office of Dr. Joel Rachelson, 1776 Century Center (off
Clairmont Rd, just west of I-85).
