In my personal journey, it has always been the ability to connect – to love – and to share – that has added sparkle to the path.  I believe in the path of the heart. I believe love is an adventure that can take us to places we never imagined. And I believe the willingness to invite love into our lives brings gifts that are just waiting to be unwrapped!

As your coach, I will add my energy to yours to support you in clarifying your vision and stretching confidently toward your dreams. Together, we will practice the basics of staying open, connecting and creating the relationship you want. We’ll get you ready to fully and freely experience who you are in relationship to others.  And we’ll celebrate what shows up and keep track of your victories.

As you reach outward by being open to new relationships, I’ll walk with you as you find your growing edges –your unique stretch points– the places where you connect more deeply with yourself – and with others.

In strengthening your body, your mind, your heart and your spirit, it is that last lift – the one you didn’t know you had in you - that creates confidence and growth.
