I love rhythms of life, and live in accordance with mine and what's around me.
I work in Health tech ( I'm fairly nerdy so I love it). I serve in the world as an Alchemist, which is such a sweet honour.
I've lived through health crises, relationship turmoils and I've learned to hold grace and epic boundaries.
I value emotional mastery very high and tend to hold myself to a self-created standard.

My spiritual path is not seperate from what I live everyday. I have been blessed with teachings from many traditions and ancestral lineages, but I don't usually beat the drum of one philosophy or one way.

Socially, I am blessed to be loved by friends, family, and enjoy joyful acquaintances. I love quiet time, it's when I can listen to plants, spirits or subtle energies.

I've worked thru issues with authority, health, money, family, ancestry, self worth, so I am in a place of balance and enjoyment in those areas.

In relationships, I am many ways (again, rhythms).
I value respect as much as I value silliness and play.
I enjoy both discipline and chaos.
Polyamory doesn't work for me (tried it).
Neither does complacent monogamy (tried that too).

I am a place of active commitment, where we enjoy showing up, being present with what is going on right now, slowing down to listen, letting intensity rise, enjoying friends and family, bringing love to our world in little ways everyday. I already live like this and have the capacity and dedication for it.
